Abstract

This study provides findings on the growing national and state trends in higher education to deliver fully online programs for school leadership. It reports comparative data around the thematic strategies and constructs ten fully online Educational Leadership programs engage within their innovative designs. Baby Boomer professors, who largely comprise the faculty, are vested in building and nurturing what they term, iPrincipals, for both traditional and virtual schools as they focus on the iY generation and strive to meet the learning needs of these future school leaders.
