Organizations are forced to effectively lead and manage organizational change and improve organizational performance by continuously involving in organizational learning. However, it is not easy for organizations to successfully accomplish organizational change because organizations have a tendency to retain their current state. Organizational learning can be sometimes a barrier to resist to organizational change by reproducing existing knowledge and establishing organizational memory. Learning organization contributes to accomplishing organizational change by encouraging organizations to constantly commit to learning and to create new knowledge. In learning organization, social interaction and communication among members supports learning organizations expand their knowledge and create new knowledge.
