Abstract

Examine educators’ biases, prejudices, and internalized attitudes, beliefs, actions and or behaviors and their impact on professional practice through an analysis of a professional development prejudice reduction program.
Analyzing the efficacy and impact of prejudice reduction in urban educators signals an impact on the school environment, and by extension, on student achievement.
