This study examined the technology integration practices of elementary and secondary teachers (N=3,159) based upon their level of preparation to use technology and their level of access to technology according to participant self-report data from a national survey. Correlation and multiple regression analyses were conducted to analyze the relationships between three independent variables and two dependent variables. Results indicated that teacher administrative use of technology has a strong relationship (Cohen, 1988) with both student use of technology (r = .604, p = .000) and meaningful use of technology (r = .557, p = .000). Implications for school and district leaders are discussed.
