Abstract

This paper examines the social capital and funds of knowledge students with learning disabilities have while transitioning from secondary to post-secondary options. By way of a survey for parents and a review of Individual Transition Plans, this paper applies theoretical frameworks to a field of study often engrained in practice yet missing an application of theoretical reflection.
