Abstract

The presentation explores the complex and dynamic relationships that exist between African American male school personnel (teachers and administrators) and African American male students. Specifically, the presentation considers the ways in which these relationships contribute to the various schooling experiences and development of African American male students, as well as the identity and experiences of the adult males.
