This study is situated at the intersection of three important developments in education: 1) growing interest in the development and use of evidence-based policy and practice; 2) increasing recognition of the importance of social networks in research and evidence use, and 3) recent acknowledgment that student mental health is a significant issue that is often inadequately addressed in Canadian schools. This study uses social network analysis to explore a research brokering network for mental health in Canadian school districts in the province of Ontario.
