In this session, K-12 teachers in a leadership group examine how their work reshapes the discourse about teaching and leadership. These teachers speak back to neoliberalism, reframing the conversation about teaching in ways that provide a new understanding of leadership, of teaching for social justice within a democracy, and of collaborating to engage in serving the common good.
