Situational Judgment Tests: Assessing Workforce Readiness

Abstract
The purpose of this symposium is to explore research on situational judgment tests (SJTs) assessing constructs relevant to workforce readiness. The presentations cover studies that make use of innovative scoring methods and new theoretical approaches. These innovations are explored through both new and established SJTs that assess a diversity of constructs including teamwork, interpersonal skills, coping, and management knowledge.
