This session seeks to examine and showcase the successful partnerships between historians of education and their peers in other disciplines and will feature the successful practices of outstanding junior and senior scholars towards building networks of peers, mentors, and publishers. Learn how to establish and grow connections that lead to rich, engaging topics that allow you to translate your ideas into conference presentations, progress in your degree program, a finished dissertation, and scholarly productivity in your career. For those interested in historical research, this session offers a valuable opportunity to explore ways in which current scholars have expanded their conception of historical work to collaborate across disciplines and innovate their field.
