Second Language Research SIG Business Meeting

Abstract

This meeting provides opportunities to engage in discussions of research agendas that members have developed and are developing for second language learner education in a transnational world. Meeting activities will also include a report on the proposals submitted for 2014 and useful information on preparing proposals for 2015 sessions. Other SIG business includes giving information on calls for upcoming dissertation, senior research, and mid-career awards; recognition of accomplishments of SIG members; introduction of current SIG leadership; discussion of governance issues; and an opportunity to network with SIG members.
