Survey Research in Education SIG Business Meeting and Panel Discussion

Abstract

Current SIG members and those interested in survey research methods in education are invited and encouraged to attend the business meeting and panel discussion. Kathryn Peterson of the Surrey School District in British Columbia will present plans and survey items for an upcoming round of surveys that collect evidence about a broadly constituted model of Aboriginal student success. A panel of three people, as well as the audience, will provide feedback. The business meeting will also include a membership report, SIG recognitions, ways to get involved in the SIG, and introduction of officers.
