How to write a successful AERA Annual Meeting proposal is a mystery to many graduate students and new AERA members. The entire process from choosing a Division or Special Interest Group (SIG) for your submission to crafting your proposal to the review and session assignment process will be discussed. Panelists include members of the Graduate Student Council who have compiled a repository of successful graduate student proposals and submission tips, successful proposal writers, experienced proposal reviewers, and Program Chairs for a Division and a SIG. Please join us to ask questions and gain perspective and insight into the submission process that will help increase your chances of preparing an accepted proposal for the 2015 Annual Meeting.
