This paper presents a study aimed at understanding how 134 teachers (elementary – higher education) implemented flipped learning. This session presents findings related to (a) why teachers decided to flip your class, (b) how they flipped their class, (c) challenges and solutions, (d) use of videos and holding students accountable, and (e) meeting the needs of students with learning differences. We will also present guideline for teachers who might be considering how to flip their class and resources.
