Abstract

Our colleges and universities are incubators for diversity where positive interactions amongst individuals representing various cultures are common and beneficial to everyone, providing proper guidance and leadership is present. This presentation will explore postsecondary institutional diversity efforts, the challenges and opportunities for furthering diversity and the role of leadership in those efforts.
