This research explored the correlations of college faculty well-being, organizational justice and spirituality in a faith-based educational institution in Manila, Philippines to find out if these variables have any bearing in shaping a peaceable academic community. The method of inquiry used was a triangulation of ethnographic-qualitative and quantitative designs with a purposive sampling of tenured faculty respondents. While systematic scholarship in regional and global faith-based higher education is still limited, this study promotes insights and provocative questions on the challenges of faith-based higher education in responding to the common good through the praxis of organizational justice and peace.
