Measuring Completer Evidence of P–12 Student Learning

Abstract

Within a school of education, five measures of completer impact on P-12 student learning are accumulated to produce an integrated body of evidence of one component of program efficacy within a continuous improvement model. Also discussed are difficulties with the transition to Value Added Models of teacher impact on student learning in relation to Education Preparation Providers work toward accreditation.
