Conflict resolution is one of the greatest challenges faced by individuals working with the general public whether it is customers, students, or clients. This study seeks to develop a instructional process that authentically replicates frequently occurring conflicts experienced by professionals through the use of high-fidelity multimedia simulations in conjunction with a peer review process. Preliminary data analysis and qualitative feedback suggests a positive effect upon conflict resolution skills and self-efficacy.
