It is not often that researchers or theorists set themselves with the type of ill-structured problems they pose to their learners. In the case of The Koan School, we sought to understand how one begin an educational systemic change out of thin air? In this paper presentation, we examine artifacts of learning, change, and community involvement through the products of students and the utterances posted on social media from students, teachers, and the community.
