Abstract

Utilizing the psychosociocultural framework (Gloria & Rodriguez, 2000), this study explored the psychological, social, and cultural dimensions of attaining cultural fit at a university. Specifically, the researchers examined the contributing factors to the process of cultural congruity and the practices involved when Latina/o undergraduates seek cultural connection with the university.
