Abstract

With the development of technology is the increasing number of online learning materials embedded in online courses in order to increase the effectiveness of online education. Among them are video-recorded lectures as one of the most commonly used knowledge-delivery techniques (Gosper et al., 2008). Although watching recorded lectures has been shown to be beneficial for online learning, educators are still seeking learning strategies that make learning activities even more efficient. Based on previous research, note-taking seems to be one effective strategy to improve the quality of online lecture learning. This study is going to exam the effectiveness among different note-taking strategies.
