Abstract

“Evaluation can determine if diversity efforts are successful, if they can be replicated, if they need to be improved or indeed should be abandoned. In addition, assessing diversity can uncover impediments that hamper the academic progress of particular populations.” Examine the results of a diversity audit to assess knowledge, skills, and dispositions required for NCATE accreditation.
