Abstract

This study analyzed the structural relationships among factors affecting student satisfaction with a campus mobile learning platform. Survey data from 251 students at a large online university were collected to measure the degree of system quality, information quality, service quality, personal innovativeness, system use, and student satisfaction in mobile learning. Results showed that service quality and personal innovativeness had direct effects on system use while system quality and information quality did not have any significant effects on system use. Service quality, personal innovativeness, and system use significantly affected student satisfaction while system quality and information quality had no direct effects on student satisfaction.
