Being Communicative and Dialogical: The Analysis of European Court of Human Rights Decisions Concerning Justice in/for Education

Abstract

The paper aims to investigate the conceptualization of human right, the rights of/to education in the decisions conducted by European Court of Human Rights. The Court’s cases which were defined as the violation on the right to education have been selected as data for this paper to understand the legal discourses and textual linguistics at public and institutionalized levels. It is important to highlight that the meaning of justice in Education concerning the crisis between global and local, national and international, state and citizen which are visible in the case reports is important to be analyzed and inquired. Thus, by using discourse methodology, the meaning of justice and education is relatively articulated for debating the rhetoric of justice on Education.
