Abstract

This paper will serve to introduce and ground the conceptual framework. The author begins with the genealogy of justice to present a scheme analyzing the ecology of ethical and moral behavior. The paper addresses the origin and development of justice by using an abbreviated genealogical approach to analyze significant historical factors as a foundation for explaining the evolution of the forms of justice practiced in the social cultural environment of America.
