Abstract

This symposium aims to reignite a scholarly interest in crafting and reading feminist and womanist biographies. Through the presentation of Women of Color in history and subsequent discussion, the panel and audience will grapple with issues associated with chronicling the life of a Black Woman using a feminist approach.
