Abstract
The purpose of this symposium is to present findings from five separate studies of educational leadership and white privilege. Studies include conceptual investigations of the knowledge base, empirical inquiry and policy analysis. Collectively considered, the papers a critical analysis of historical and contemporary issues and make profound recommendations for rethinking the way leaders and prepared and practice.
