Abstract

This study takes a critical look at the experiences of beginning teachers who have completed a five year program focused on preparing teachers for high need districts. Insights from the alumni offer valuable information about where we may see gaps in teacher preparation. Data from this study are presented as an ethno-drama. Data are represented as performance and audience participate in making meaning as they listen, view, and experience the text in a new way.
