Mon, April 11, 2:45 to 4:15pm, Convention Center, Floor: Level One, Room 149 B

Abstract

Student affairs administrators are responsible for supporting the academic mission of the university by providing a range of student services to help students grow ethically and intellectually. A regression analysis revealed a robust association between the well-being of student affairs professionals, select demographic variables and work-related quality of life factors, including autonomy, support, and job satisfaction. The findings are situated within the context of an individual’s position level and time in the field of student affairs.
