This study is the first to model graduation rates at 4-year broad access institutions (BAIs). We utilize a Bayesian model averaging approach to examine the student body, structural-demographic, and financial characteristics that best predict six-year graduation rates. Findings are situated within the context of state and federal policies (i.e., performance funding, proposed college ratings tool) that consider institutional graduation rates.
