The purpose of this study was to determine the intercultural learning outcomes for students in the Interdisciplinary Ghana Study Abroad Program. Data were collected from 28 students using the Intercultural Learning Outcomes (Sutton & Rubin, 2004) questionnaire containing 29 statements and five dimensions (Functional Knowledge, World Geography Knowledge, Interpersonal Accommodation Knowledge, Global Interdependence Knowledge, and Cultural Sensitivity Knowledge). Data were collected in 2012, 2013, and 2014 before engaging in and after completing the short-term program. Overall mean ratings showed that 83% of the 29 statements increased from pre-test to post-test whereas none of the statements experienced decrease in rating. Paired t-test revealed a significant increase occurred in mean ratings for two dimensions, Functional Knowledge and Knowledge of Global Interdependence.
