When the interactive whiteboard (IWB) rose and developed, it has been regarded as the more prominent information and communication technology (ICT) auxiliary instruction device. The IWB is touted as elevating the traditional teaching environment to the digital teaching environment because it combines the multiple techniques. And the combination of the multiple techniques is regarded as helping diverse and interactive teaching methods, thereby increasing students’ learning. The purpose of this study is to investigate the frequency of teachers using the different IWB functions in the classroom and the effect of the different interactive functions on students’ learning and teachers’ teaching.
