Assessment for All Students: An Exploration of Minority-Serving Institutions

Abstract

The presenters will discuss findings from a National Institute for Learning Outcomes Assessment (NILOA) report on assessment activities within Minority-Serving Institutions (MSIs), and the lessons learned from resulting case studies of MSIs. Examples of assessment approaches and ways to modify them to better serve all student populations will be presented.
