Abstract

This phenomenological research study explored how Latina college students in STEM developed their STEM identities, particularly focusing on the intersectional nature of race, ethnicity, and gender within STEM identity development process. This research is positioned to advance knowledge regarding STEM identity development and inform STEM practice and policies.
