Abstract

It is largely unknown how science teacher educators (STEs) teach for diversity. The purpose of this study was to find out how STEs prepare preservice teachers to engage Black students in K-12 science and examine their beliefs about culturally relevant teaching and the influence of their experiences related to race on their teaching practices.
