Sun, April 10, 10:35am to 12:05pm, Marriott Marquis, Floor: Level Four, Independence Salon F

Abstract

The National Center for Research in Policy and Practice (NCRPP) – a 5-year research and development center funded by the Institute of Education Sciences at the US Department of Education -- aims to explore how and when school and district leaders can productively use research when making decisions, and what can be done to make research findings more accessible, relevant and useful for those leaders. In this presentation, a project director for this center will speak about the Center’s key goals and progress. In addition, she will highlight the four components of the NCRPP’s leadership and outreach activities.
