Abstract

This paper presents preliminary findings from an ongoing study comparing educational leadership practices across schools in Denmark and the United States in a climate of educational reform. It is based on data from the Comprehensive Assessment of Leadership for Learning (CALL). The study arises from the work of developing a Danish version of CALL to be used in Denmark where recent educational reforms brings along political pressure to develop leadership for learning practices that impact student learning.
