Abstract

This paper examined the decision criteria for the selection of psychometric assessment instruments used for employee development. This paper evolved from the research that won the 2014 AERA Workplace Learning SIG dissertation award. The study implemented a Delphi technique. The comprehensive findings can be used to further research and practice.
