Using Multidimensional Ethics Scale, this study designs three academic dishonesty (AD) dilemmatic scenarios to compare the different moral philosophies, behavioral intentions and ethical judgment between Mainland China and Taiwan students. 605 students participated in this study. Findings showed Taiwan students and Mainland China students emphasize different moral philosophies toward three scenarios. Females have less willingness to conduct AD behaviors in all scenarios and thought these deeds severely damaged academic integrity. Similar findings were also found in graduate students except duplicate submission scenario. Finally, the regression analysis showed that moral equity, contractualism and peer’s behavior intention are the significant predictors for forecasting students’ ethical evaluations in three scenarios.
