The Impacts of Integrating Workforce Development Case Studies to Create Course Content in Executive Leadership

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe the process and outcomes of integrating a case study research project that requires the graduate students, who are executive leaders, to create content for a course in the form of a case study project. The project guided the students in conducting case study research projects that examined postsecondary career and technical education workforce development programs using sound research methodology. The results of the project describe the students’ perception of learning using this method and outcomes.
