This study examines the efficacy of the collaboration between university instructional technology graduate students and high school science teachers in designing and developing lesson plans and scenario-based simulations and games to bring their cutting edge water sustainability research with graduate student mentors and faculty to high school classrooms. A total of twelve interactive scenario-based science simulation and games have been developed and piloted. The iterative module development process as well as the preliminary implementation results will be reported in this paper.
