The implementation of accountability policies over the past two decades has increased focus on science achievement in K-12. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were differences between Agriculture Biology (AgBio) and biology teachers’ perceptions concerning students’ achievement in science, participation in co-curricula activities, and career readiness. The study participants included fourteen high school teachers in Northern California (N=14; 7 AgBio and 7 traditional biology). One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was performed to determine whether there were differences between AgBio and biology teachers in terms of students’ test scores. Findings suggest that there were no differences between AgBio and biology teachers with regard to test scores.
