A survey conducted by Allen and Seaman (2011) showed that the rate of increase of online enrollment has slowed about 10%, but outpaced the overall growth in higher education enrollment in the United States of approximately 1%. It is a reasonable expectation that student learning can be influenced by educational program delivery.
The purpose of this research is to determine if there is a statistically significant difference between program delivery (f2f, blended, online) as compared with student passing rates on the TExES (068) certification examination. This presentation can spur discussions and further investigations among peers as to what is the best program of delivery to meet students' needs, as well as institutional and program goals.
