Black Mask-ulinity: An Emerging Framework for Black Masculine Caring

Abstract
During this important session, scholars inform education workers of the history and role of caring in the instruction offered by African American males in education. This knowledge will generate a language and a framework to describe the caring practices of Black men. My hope is that the harsh negative perception of Black men will be changed in realm of leadership.
