Abstract
The Districts in Research and Reform SIG invites you to celebrate SIG awards, network with other engaged scholars, and join in lively discussion with policymakers and central office leaders about the role of districts in the current reform and accountability context. This year we welcome DC Public Schools' Vincent Baxter, Deputy Chief, Family Engagement and Shanita Burney, Deputy Chief, Community Engagement as well as members of the DCPS community as they share their work around rethinking community engagement. Come and learn more about members' research, discover opportunities to become involved, or just be part of the conversation!
