How Well Aligned Are Common Core Textbooks to Area Learning Trajectory?

Abstract

This study compares three common core aligned textbooks and area learning trajectory to to measure alignment between textbooks and learning trajectory. The results show that there are many early items that are not addressed in common core aligned textbooks.
