This paper explores teachers’ use information and communication technology (ICT) in order to understand how their teaching practice changed. Drawing on findings from a larger ongoing research study of “teachers as agents of change” that focussed ICT changed practices. Utilising a case study approach and portraiture principles of “what is good here?” this study employs a mix of qualitative data collection methods namely, interviews, observations and document analysis. Data was analysed using grounded theory methods. Findings were threefold. First, teachers repositioned their pedagogy to fit the current demand of curriculum delivery. Second, teachers’ beliefs, attitudes and professionalism was instrumental in making the paradigm shift to a changed pedagogy. Third, teachers’ self-regulated learning culminated in innovative methods to enhance their teaching.
