Abstract

This study examines the experiences of graduate student women of color (WoC) with critical epistemologies in HESA doctoral programs. How students experience doctoral programs is integral to positive student development and success for marginalized students. Implications for supporting WoC for not only surviving but thriving in higher education are discussed.
