In line with the importance of teacher teamwork, collaborative professional development (CPD) becomes more important as it was found to be related to teacher performance and job satisfaction. However, teacher collaboration seems difficult to achieve because of its complex relationship with individual autonomous work. This tension is central to this study, investigating how individual and team resources foster CPD. In total, 731 teachers participated in two waves of data collection, two more waves will be collected. The influence of the resources varied depending on which CPD activity was included as dependent variable (exchange activities, professional collaboration, constructive conflict). Overall, collaborative attitude, teacher efficacy, and team entitativity positively predicted CPD, autonomy showed mixed results, and psychological safety only predicted constructive conflict.
