The Role of Religion and Spirituality in Promoting a Positive Campus Culture: A Multi-Institutional Study

Abstract

This study attempts to understand the student experience of campus culture in light of their religious or spiritual beliefs. Building on the work of Hurtado, et. al. (1999), we investigate the influence of Christian privilege on campus cultures, and how students who do not identify as Christian experience these campuses using quantitative data from a multi-institutional sample.
